Wild Vegetables Wowotou——for Children Who Don’t Like Coarse Grains

1. Melt the yeast with warm water and mix well

2. Half a scoop of soba

3. Mix the noodles with yeast water

4. Knead into a uniform dough with your hands, cover it with a damp cloth and leave it in a warm place to double the size

5. Sprinkle some buckwheat flour on the panel and knead it into strips

6. Cut into rows of small doses

7. Take out a small potion and knead it into small balls

8. Take an egg and wash it clean, use the tip of the egg to shape it

9. Use eggs to shape small nests

10. All the medicines are in the same way, and a bunch of small wowotou are born

11. Steam in a steamer or induction cooker for 10 minutes

12. Wash the wild vegetables (remember to wash them well), I use the usual dipping pickles

13. Minced wild vegetables

14. Pour in soy sauce cold vinegar (or mature white vinegar) and spicy pepper (or chili oil, if you need to add some salt to the pepper oil. Because spicy pepper is already salty, you don't need to add it)

15. Put the steamed wowotou on the plate, and put the mixed spicy wild vegetables

16. Isn’t it beautiful, you can control the level of chili oil by yourself

17. I did a few dishes and three people didn’t have enough to eat

Tips:

The spicy pepper can be replaced with chili oil, because there is salt in the spicy pepper, you don’t need to put it. Add a small amount of salt to the pepper oil and it’s ok.

You don’t need to eat spicy food
