Wine-flavored Brine White Shrimp

Wash the white shrimp and drain the water for later use

Add water, salt, green onion, ginger and oil to the pot and bring the water to a boil

Pour the white shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, then add the white wine and continue to cook for another minute
