Wine-flavored Cranberry Sauce
1.
Cranberry chopped and set aside
2.
Separate the rice wine juice from the homemade rice wine
3.
Add the cranberries and rice wine to a saucepan and boil. After boiling, add some sugar. After simmering until thick, you can start the pot.
Tips:
Dried cranberries are relatively sour, so if you don’t add sugar, the sauce will be very sour. For those who like a strong sour taste, you don’t need to add sugar.
