Wine Stuffed Egg Soup

This is the fermented wine made by my mother, the adult, for me to drink for confinement. It has been left for almost three years. However, I have never had a second child, and I drink it occasionally. I can't say what other places are called specifically.

Pour water and fermented rice into the pot and bring it to a boil.

Beat the eggs.

After the fermented water is boiled, pour the egg mixture.

After the egg is solidified and cooked, add sugar and cook for another two minutes.
Tips:
There is no homemade fermented rice that can be made with white glutinous rice. Generally available in supermarkets.
