Winter Bamboo and Mushroom Chicken Soup

Wash the chicken and cut into shreds.

Wash the winter bamboo shoots, cut them into slices and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices for later use.

Add a little oil to the pot, heat up, add ginger and chicken shreds and stir fry.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir fry evenly.

Then pour in some boiling hot water, add winter bamboo shoots, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for another minute.

Then add mushroom slices and continue to cook for 2 minutes.

Finally, add some salt to taste.
Tips:
After the chicken is fried, add boiled water in advance to keep the chicken fresh and tender. If you add cold water, the meat will become older.
