Winter Denoising Holy Product-white Fungus Stewed with Rock Sugar and Sydney

Soak the white fungus in cold water, remove the stalk, and tear it into small pieces.

Peel the Sydney pears and cut into small pieces. Put the torn into small pieces of white fungus into the container. Add the right amount of water.

When adding rock sugar, I personally prefer large pieces of rock sugar, that is, polycrystalline rock sugar. Break the big rock candy into small pieces.

Put rock candy on Sydney and white fungus.

Sprinkle with goji berries at the end. Put it in a pot and simmer over water for about 30 minutes.

Put it into a bowl and it's ready to eat. I personally feel that it is better to freeze it in the refrigerator. It's purely a personal hobby.
