Winter Food-potato and Scallion Salmon Pie

The potatoes are cooked until they start to flour. In my case, throw in the water after boiling and keep it boiling for about 13 minutes.

Cut the salmon into dices of appropriate size, and slice the vegetables and green onions diagonally.

Put 1 spoonful of butter in the pot, melt and heat, and sauté the green onions until soft. Give a small amount of salt. Sheng Qi, set aside.

Drizzle cream again, spread potatoes, breadcrumbs, vegetables, green onions and salmon. Put a layer of potato chips on top, drizzle all the cream, and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs.

Take a spoonful of butter, cut into small cubes, and sprinkle it evenly on top. Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, about 25 minutes.
