Winter Health Soup: Cordyceps and Radish Ribs Soup

Put the ribs, green onion, sliced ginger, and cold water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Wash the boiled ribs in clean water to remove blood foam.

Put the ribs, green onion, and ginger into the electric pressure cooker, add enough water to boil for 30 minutes.

Peel the radish and cut into small pieces.
5.
After half an hour, add salt and a little seasoning to the boiled soup.

Add the radishes, continue to boil for 5 minutes, the radishes will become soft and rotten.
7.
Open the lid, add cordyceps and wolfberry, and cook for 5 minutes.
Tips:
Cordyceps should be added later, and it is easy to boil when added first.
