Winter Melon and Barley Pork Rib Soup

Soak the barley and gorgon in clean water for 1-2 hours;

Boil the ribs, remove and drain;
3.
Wash winter melon and cut into pieces;
4.
Add 4 bowls of water to the pot, add spare ribs, barley, ginseng and ginger slices;
5.
Pour the winter melon after the fire is boiled;
6.
After turning it on again, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour, then add salt to taste~
