Winter Melon and Konjac Roast Pork

Peel off wax gourd, wash wax gourd and konjac

Wash tomatoes, green peppers and ginger for later use

Bring the water to a boil, blanch the konjac in hot water for 3 minutes, remove and drain the water

Stir-fry the meat by adding winter melon, konjac, and tomatoes together. Add green pepper and stir fry for a few seconds before serving.
Tips:
Wash the konjac and blanch it in a pot of boiling water to remove the alkaline taste of the konjac, and the taste will be better.
