Winter Melon and Lotus Leaf Pot Old Duck

Wash the duck meat and cut it into pieces. If your duck meat is cut by the store, go home and pick it up with salt, marinate it for a while, and rinse it with running water repeatedly.

Soak lotus leaves and tangerine peels in water for 30 minutes, changing the water 3 times during the period

Tips:
1. Fresh lotus leaves are best for lotus leaves;
2. Baijiu can be replaced with cooking wine or Huadiao wine.
