Winter Melon and Scallop Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Pour cold water and ribs in a pot, boil the bleeding foam and remove it.
2.
The removed ribs are rinsed in cold water to remove the blood from the meat and drain the water.
3.
Put the ribs in a saucepan, add ginger, and enough boiling water.
4.
When the ribs in the saucepan boils for the first time, add the rinsed scallops and simmer on high heat for 1 hour.
5.
Add winter melon and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat until the winter melon is soft.
Tips:
1. When stewing the soup, add enough water at one time.
2. Taste the taste first when seasoning the scallops, because the scallops themselves are salty, so I taste the taste before adding salt. I like the original flavor very much. I rinse the scallops directly in the pot without soaking, so the soup is my soup. Basically no salt and MSG are added, which is good for children.
3. You can also add some onion knots to your favorite pro.
