Winter Melon and Scallop Soup

Raise scallops in clean water for one night, wash the mud and sand and brush the shells;

Take 1000 grams of big winter melon;

Tips:
1. Winter melon can be cooked with the skin;
2. Scallops should be kept in clean water for a night to be relatively clean;
3. Soaking scallop meat with white wine salt can remove fishy and keep fresh;
4. Choose scallops with the same color and size.
