Winter Melon Ball Soup

Prepare ingredients: winter melon, pork, ginger, green onions. Seasoning: starch, soy sauce, pepper, salt, chicken essence.

Tips:
☞Nagging: The fat-to-thin ratio of Yuanzi is 1:2 slightly chai, you can add more fat, adding egg white and meat filling will be more tender and smooth.
