Winter Melon Burned Cordyceps Flower

Material picture, the cordyceps flower is washed in advance and soaked in clean water.

Change the winter melon and ginger into slices.

Prepare the spices needed for cooking.

Pour oil in the wok and fry fragrant ginger slices.

Remove the cordyceps flower, squeeze out the water, and stir-fry in a pot. Do not pour the water of Cordyceps flower.

Put the winter melon slices into the pot.

Pour the water of Cordyceps flower into the pot.

Pour the seasoning prepared in step 4 into the pot.

Bring to a high heat, turn to low heat and cook until the winter melon is fully cooked. Pour sesame sesame oil and chopped green onions before serving.
Tips:
After washing the cordyceps flowers, soak them. The water must be reserved. The taste is very strong. It is precisely because of this water that it is made into a half soup!
