Winter Melon Burning Mushroom

Put the green cabbage heart into the salt and oil, blanch it, and remove it for later use;

Add the soaked mushrooms and water when the surface of the winter melon is slightly yellow when it is fried;

Tips:
1. Fry the winter melon until the surface is a little yellow, which is more conducive to absorbing the flavor;
2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in cold water in advance, don't pour out the water, you can add it when boiling;
3. Light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar are all for coloring and freshening wax gourd. They are also essential.
