Winter Melon Chicken Soup

Clean the chicken and add a little salt to marinate

Wash, peel and slice winter melon, or cut into pieces. According to personal preference, the amount of winter melon is also based on personal taste.

Tips:
1. The water in the pot must not exceed the scale mark.

3. After the winter melon is added, the length of time can be changed according to the thickness of the winter melon slice. Generally, the winter melon changes color and is ripe.
4. The salt should be put at the end, so that the chicken is easy to boil and the salt taste is not easy to lose.
5. Aniseed packages are sold in supermarkets. If you want to be lighter, you can just put ginger.
