Winter Melon Duck Frame Soup

Roast duck, cut the duck legs, duck meat, and leave the duck rack (I asked the stall owner to separate it for me). The duck rack was cut into small pieces

Peel and slice ginger, wash and cut green onion

Winter melon peeled and cut into small pieces

Pour water into the pot, put the duck rack, green onion, sliced ginger, and bring to a boil

Turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then pour in winter melon

Continue to simmer for 15 minutes and add salt. Finally, cook on high heat for 3 minutes and it will be out of the pot
