Winter Melon Meatball Soup

Chopped pork belly into minced meat, lotus root chopped into mince

Mix the lotus root with meat, add paprika, salt, cooking wine, and then add a little starch, water, and beat again.

Put water in a pot over a low fire, use a spoon to make meatballs, put them in the pot in turn, cook all of them on low heat and cook until the meatballs float, skim the foam on the top, and cook for another two minutes. Fish out the meatballs

Add peeled and diced winter melon to the soup

Cook until the winter melon becomes transparent, then add the meatballs

Add salt and paste the paprika

Bring to a boil on high heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
