Winter Melon Meatball Soup
1.
The pork plum meat is made into fillings. I bought the meat and wringed them into fillings in the store. Although it saves time, it is not as good as my own. Add salt, five-spice powder, egg and egg white, and mix well.
2.
Make the material oil to make the meatballs more flavorful, deep-fry them and put them in the meat filling, continue to beat and stir to give the meat filling strength.
3.
Add water or stock in the country, use a small spoon or the mouth of your hand to make the balls, and slowly slide them into the soup, being careful not to be scalded.
4.
After the balls are boiling, add winter melon and cook for another five minutes.
5.
Go to the table! Prepare the chopped cilantro and chopped green onion, and sprinkle them in a bowl while eating
6.
Get it done!
7.
The meaty and light winter melon ball soup is ready.
Tips:
The thin slices of my winter melon are very soft and rotten in five minutes. If you like the refreshing taste, cut it thicker and cook it for a while.
