Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

Peel the winter melon, wash and cut into pieces, cut into two slices of ginger, prepare 6 small dried shiitake mushrooms and 3 big ones. (Add shiitake mushrooms to make the soup more fragrant)

Tips:
