Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

Ribs soaked in bleeding water

Rinse the ribs, pour into a boiling pot and blanch water

Blanch the ribs, remove them and wash them with warm water

In another pot, add water to a boil, add the cut winter melon cubes and cook.

Prepare to pack the accessories, star anise, orange peel (removing fishy, relieving greasy) cooking wine, green onion and ginger, and I also put some green beans

The winter melon is cooked and fished out for later use

Pour the boiled winter melon soup into the electric pressure cooker with the ribs and put the seasoning

After the ribs are simmered in a pressure cooker, open the lid and pour the winter melon in after the pressure cooker is exhausted. Season with salt and pepper

I’m saying that winter melon can’t be stewed in a pressure cooker with ribs because it’s too tender
