Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Cut the ribs into small pieces and wash them with clean water
2.
Put it in a pot of cold water, boil the water, and force the blood out of the ribs
3.
Take the blanched ribs out of the pot, remove the surface foam, and put them into the hot water stew pot. Because there are no green onions, I put a few small green onions.
4.
The "Electric Fire Soup" program of the electric stew pot is automatically set to 4 hours
5.
A piece of winter melon, with the skin removed
6.
Cut into chunks
7.
After the ribs are cooked, add the pieces of winter melon and cook for 15 minutes. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste before serving.
8.
Rotten meat soup
Tips:
The ribs can be blanched in advance to remove the excess blood, so that the soup will not be chaotic; the winter melon can be cooked with the skin, and the therapeutic value is higher; add salt before the pan.
