Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup

Wash spare ribs and bobbin bones together, blanch them to remove blood.

Drain for later use.

Put a proper amount of water in the pot, lower ribs, a tablespoon of cooking wine, a few slices of old ginger, green onion knots, turn to a low heat and simmer for about 2 hours.

Cut the winter melon and set aside.

After 2 hours, add winter melon. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, add an appropriate amount of wolfberry 30 minutes before serving.

Served out, sprinkled with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Add 1 cone bone, the soup will be more oily and watery, you don't need to add it if you like clear soup.
