Winter Melon Roulade

Peel the winter melon, cut into thin slices, soak in salt water for 5 minutes, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Mince pork and shiitake mushrooms, add ginger, oyster sauce light soy sauce and appropriate amount of starch.

Wrap the winter melon slices with meat filling, tie them up with green onions, put on a plate and cook for 15 minutes.

Saute the minced garlic, add the steamed broth to the sauce to thicken, drizzle the melon rolls and serve.
Tips:
The meat filling of this dish can be shrimp, chicken or beef and mutton. The taste and texture of different meat fillings are quite good. You might as well give it a try.
