Winter Melon Shrimp Ball Seaweed Soup

45g prawns are chopped into puree and mixed with 35g pork filling. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, a little pepper, minced ginger, 2 tablespoons of egg white, half a tablespoon of cornstarch, a little oyster sauce, and some salt.
