Winter Melon Soup with Fresh Shellfish and Minced Pork

1. Mince the meat.

2. Add oil, powder, ginger soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

3. Winter melon.

4. Peel and slice.

5. Finely chop the shallots.

6. Fresh scallops are thawed.

7. Boil winter melon with appropriate amount of water.

8. Add fresh scallops when the winter melon is melted.

9. Add minced meat.
