Winter Warming-stewed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower
1.
First cut the roots of the Cordyceps flower
2.
Wash the chicken, wash the cordyceps flowers and squeeze a little water
3.
Ginger sliced chicken in a pot under cold water, turn on medium-high heat, skim the floating powder after boiling
4.
Add cordyceps flowers to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
5.
Finally, add the red dates and simmer for five minutes on a low fire. Add a moderate amount of salt to taste. No other spices are needed. The flavor is strong enough.
Tips:
1. The chicken legs and feet are freshly slaughtered, so there is no blanching, no meaty smell, and the soup is very delicious.
2. The Cordyceps flowers I bought are fresh, not dried, so soak them in advance
3. This time I used a casserole to stew, and the taste is stronger than that of a pressure cooker. If you use a pressure cooker, wash all the ingredients and put them in the pan for 12 minutes. If it takes too long, the meat will burn.
