Sanxian is pork liver and pig intestines, also called pork offal. The three kinds of soup together are really delicious. Wolfberry leaves have multi-functional effects such as nourishing the liver, improving eyesight and softening blood vessels. A bowl of pork miscellaneous soup and a bowl of rice are extremely satisfying

Ingredients

Wolfberry Leaf Sanxian Soup

1. Three fresh soaked for ten minutes and sliced like that

2. Add 2 tablespoons of rice wine and 1 tablespoon of chicken essence, 1 tablespoon of salt, add starch and mix well, add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil to marinate for later

3. Remove the wolfberry leaves, wash and set aside

4. Bring water to a boil (the broth is best), then add the marinated three fresh foods and set aside
