Wolfberry Longan Brown Sugar Tea

Prepare ingredients: longan, wolfberry, ginger, brown sugar, red dates;

Wash ginger and cut into shreds, medlar and red dates are convenient to wash with water; PS: red dates with pits should be pitted.

Longan shelled and cored, washed and drained

Put the washed longan, shredded ginger, wolfberry and red dates into the pot;

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot;

Cover the lid and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes;

Add brown sugar and mix until melted;
8.
Boil for another 3 minutes, cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Tips:
1. Brown sugar should be made of natural sucrose;
2. The color of brown sugar is too deep and dull and contains many impurities;
3. The ginger can be peeled without peeling, but the taste is slightly worse.
