Wolfberry Pork Liver Soup
1.
Pig liver removes the white blood vessels and tendons, slices them into thin slices, soaks in water for a period of time, and replaces the water when it becomes red. Until the water is clear.
2.
The bleached pork liver is mixed with starch and oil and marinated, so that it will not be easy to get old for a while. Don't have too much starch, otherwise the soup will be squishy.
3.
A handful of wolfberry, soak in warm water, and rinse.
4.
Put water in the milk pan and bring to a boil.
5.
Because pork liver can't be cooked for a long time. So adjust the soup first. Put in the right amount of salt, light soy sauce, and cooking oil first.
6.
Then pour in the pork liver and quickly scatter it with chopsticks.
7.
Pour the goji berries and boil the water for two to three minutes.
8.
A bowl of wolfberry and pig liver soup will be ready in a few minutes. The liver is fresh and tender, and the wolfberry is slightly sweet. I love it since I don't like to eat pig liver.
Tips:
1. As pig liver is a detoxification organ, it is best to rinse with clean water for a period of time and change the water frequently.
2. The liver should be sliced into thin slices. It can't be cooked for a long time, so adjust the taste first, then add the liver, and cook for two to three minutes.
3. Moderate amount of wolfberry, one handful is enough, too much is not enough.
