Wolfberry Tremella Soup

Prepared ingredients.

Soak the white fungus with water.
3.
Cut into small flowers and remove the roots.
4.
Add the right amount of water and bring the rock sugar to a boil.
5.
Stew in a low heat and thicken, add wolfberry and bring to a boil.
6.
Wolfberry and white fungus are just fine.
Tips:
Tremella will rise a lot after soaking, so don't soak too much.
