Wonton Custard

Knock an egg into a bowl

Add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper to beat into egg liquid
3.
Add 1.5 to 2 times the volume of warm water
4.
Sieve, discard the filtered impurities, if you like a delicate taste, you can repeat the sieve once

Use a spoon to skim the large bubbles on the surface
6.
Cover the surface with a plate, then steam it on high heat, change to low heat and steam for 5 or 6 minutes
7.
While steaming the custard, wash the ingredients and shred or dice them
8.
Place the wontons on the slightly formed custard
9.
Sprinkle shredded black fungus, shredded carrots, diced ham and chopped green onion, and steam for 4 or 5 minutes
10.
Pour a little light soy sauce or steamed fish soy sauce
