Wonton Egg Tart

Add all the ingredients except the wonton wrapper and stir well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well, sieve twice.

Put the wonton wrappers into 12 non-stick cake molds.

Pour the egg liquid into the mold 80% full. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. The temperature and time of the oven is determined according to your own oven.
