Wonton Skin Spring Rolls

Wonton wrappers, brush some oil one by one, and cross each other.

Probably ten tarts.

Boil water in a steamer, put a tart of oiled wonton wrappers, and steam for about ten minutes.

Tips:
When frying the spring rolls, adding more oil will definitely make it more fragrant, but the oil is too big. My kids don’t like it the least. You can try it if you are not afraid of high fat.
