Wonton Skin Version Fork

Add enough vegetable oil to the fryer and heat it up on high heat.

Take three pieces of wonton wrappers and stack them together and divide them into three equal parts.

Scratch a knife in the middle of each copy, cut it through, pick up one end and pass it through the middle, and prepare them in turn.

The oil is 70% to 80% hot, put it in the fork, and it will rise immediately.

Flip and fry until both sides are light yellow and fish out.
6.
Eat it when it's cold, it's burnt and crispy.
Tips:
The oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the wontons will be mushy under the skin.
