The skin jelly is added to the pork puree, this wonton tastes particularly delicious

Wonton with Soup

1. Chop pork puree, skin jelly, chives, ginger, and millet pepper into a bowl

2. Add a little soy sauce, sugar

3. Mix in one direction

4. Celery chopped

5. Then add the celery to the meat

6. Stir in one direction until it's vigorous

7. Place a piece of wonton wrapper in your palm and add an appropriate amount of mashed meat

8. Then wrap it up

9. Prepare a pot of hot water and pour the wontons

10. Cook for about five minutes, the wontons are all floating

11. Add shrimp skins, chili sauce, chives, and wontons in a bowl

Tips:

Note: skin jelly is added to the mashed meat, so be careful when you eat it
