Wonton with Soup

Chop pork puree, skin jelly, chives, ginger, and millet pepper into a bowl

Add a little soy sauce, sugar
3.
Mix in one direction

Celery chopped

Then add the celery to the meat

Stir in one direction until it's vigorous

Place a piece of wonton wrapper in your palm and add an appropriate amount of mashed meat

Then wrap it up

Prepare a pot of hot water and pour the wontons

Cook for about five minutes, the wontons are all floating

Add shrimp skins, chili sauce, chives, and wontons in a bowl

Note: skin jelly is added to the mashed meat, so be careful when you eat it
