They are premature snacks with Wuhan characteristics. Regan noodles is one of the most famous foods in Wuhan. It is an inseparable part of Wuhan people's lives and has become the food representative of Wuhan who has a place among the national snack representatives in their minds. The slender roots of the noodles are strong, yellow and oily in color, and have a delicious taste. Tips:
