Wuxi Pork Ribs

Cut the pork ribs into long pieces, boil water in a pot, add the ribs to a simmer for a while, remove them, and drain the water.

Slice ginger and diced garlic.

Take a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, more sugar, and more tomato sauce, then add vinegar and salt, and mix well.

Heat oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic granules, pour the drained ribs into the pan and stir fry for a while.

Add the adjusted flavored juice (step 3) to some water, then add three star anises and a piece of cinnamon, pour it into the pot and stir fry.

Put the fried pork ribs in a basin, simmer in a pressure cooker over water. Pour the juice out of the pot, then add the water starch to thicken it and it's ready to be eaten.
Tips:
When making the sauce, you must put more. If there are less seasonings, it will affect the taste. If the sauce is less, you can add some water. It is best to stew over water, and it will not stick to the pot.
