Wuzhen Sweet Soup

Fifteen or six dried red dates, wash and soak in water for later use.

A handful of barley, wash and set aside.

Soak the white fungus in cold water (I have soaked it for more than half a day), wash, tear off the small flowers, and set aside.

Shell the chestnut, soak in water to remove the inner skin, and set aside.

About 20 wolfberries, wash and soak in water for later use.

Put the dried red dates, barley, white fungus, wolfberry, and chestnut into an electronic casserole.

Pour boiling water in a half thermos bottle.
8.
Cover the pot, turn it to automatic, and cook for three to four hours.
9.
When all the raw materials are soft and the soup is sticky, it can be served.
Tips:
The health effect of using rock sugar is better than that of white sugar.
