Xiamen Sea Oyster Fried

Rinse the oysters with clean water and take out the remaining oyster shells to avoid affecting the taste.

Tips:
1. When buying sea oysters, it is best to choose smaller ones. Pay attention to the oyster petals when cleaning, generally the broken shell will be hidden in the oyster petals.
2. In addition to washing sea oysters, do not add water during sea oyster frying.
