Wash the green peppers and cut into rhombuses, slice the meat and fat separately, slice garlic, and soak the tempeh in water for about 1 minute;

Tips:
1. Pork belly can be used instead of fat and lean meat;
2. If you like spicy, it is best to use Hunan local green pepper;
