Xiang Style Chili Stir-fried Pork
1.
Shred the pepper and dice the garlic. Shred the meat, stir with soy sauce to color (1-2 minutes is enough)
2.
Put oil in the pot, pour the colored meat, add appropriate amount of vinegar (the secret recipe to keep the meat fresh and tender), and stir fry for a while.
Pour in the prepared chili and garlic diced.
3.
Add tempeh, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir fry until cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste according to personal taste before serving.
Tips:
The chili and meat must be cut finely and not coarsely in order to taste evenly. Add a small amount of vinegar when you stir fry lean meat to keep the meat tender. Red peppers and green peppers are matched, the colors are bright and pleasing to the eye, and the finished product can be full of color and fragrance.
