Xinjiang Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients: sweet noodle sauce with rice noodles, Sichuan Pixian bean paste, beef, celery, vegetable oil, onion, ginger, chicken essence, pepper, pepper powder, dried red pepper

Wash the rice noodles with boiling water to soak softly without hard core.

Tips:
The medium-spicy ones are hot enough, so you need to be as spicy as you can.
Doubanjiang must be made in Sichuan. Generally, Pixian Doubanjiang is the best. It has a strong salty taste and is very spicy. Do not add salt when making it.
