Xo Dragon Fish

Wash the longli fish fillet and dry it; wash the tomatoes and set aside; peel the potatoes and cut them into thumb-sized pieces for use.

Cut the potatoes and place them on a plate, spread a small layer of butter on top, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and rosemary

Preheat the oven up and down 200 degrees, first put potatoes in and bake, adjust for 35 minutes!

Place the dried fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with greased paper

Spread the xo sauce on the fish. This time I made two flavors, one spicy and one original, because there are elderly people who don’t eat spicy food at home!

Because I love fish but I am afraid of fish bones, I often buy Longli fish fillet. When cooking, I find that the longli fish fillet itself has a salty taste. So nowadays, I don’t add salt when making longli fish fillet, and eat a healthy diet with less salt and less oil. Well!
