Xo Sauce Seafood Flavored Noodles

Prepare ingredients

Wash the squid skin, cut a cross knife on the inside, and cut into pieces

Head and shell the prawns, remove the sand line, and make a knife on the back

Wash and set aside

Ginger slices, green onion leaves, chopped green onions, white onion and cut into sections, carrots mince

Add water to the pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, cooking wine, bring to a boil, add the prawns, cook and remove for later use

Add the squid and cook until rolled

Remove and throw to cool, drain and set aside

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the rapeseed, remove them together, put it in cold water, and drain it

Stir cooked oil in the noodles, (not sticky)

Place the ingredients on the plate, sprinkle chopped green onion, top with XO sauce, mix well and serve
Tips:
1. Cook the noodles until they are broken, do not overheat;
2. Cook the squid until rolled up.
