As a pregnant mother, it’s the first time to cook pork rib soup. It tastes delicious. My husband has always stewed it. I thought it was difficult. Today I made it very well and simple. Let’s do it together.

Yam and Corn Pork Ribs Soup

1. Wash spare ribs, cut yam, corn, shiitake mushrooms, ginger slices and green onion

2. Boil the ribs in cold water to remove the blood and smell, beat the foam, and then wash it off.

3. If you feel it is not clean enough, wash it with cold water

4. Put the oil in the wok and put the onion and ginger slices to fry until fragrant

5. When frying, put some cooking wine and wait until the ribs are slightly yellow.

6. Put in a pot of cold water, add scallion ginger slices and the ingredients package (here to explain because you forgot to buy the aniseed today, pepper, star anise, fennel are enough, put it in the fourth step and stir-fry with the scallion ginger)

7. After boiling, add corn, yam and shiitake mushrooms.

8. The soup is very white

9. By the way, made myself ribs noodles hehe

Tips:

Tangbai is just about to make sure it has just turned yellow when it's about to be stir-fried
