Yam and Fungus Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare raw materials;

Tips:
1 Soak the blood in the ribs in advance to reduce blood foam. There is no need to change the water when cooking the soup to keep the soup fresh and delicious. Pay attention to changing the water two or three times in the middle; if there is no time, just blanch the ribs directly;
2. After the ribs are boiled, make the blood foam again to make the soup completely clear before adding the ingredients;
