Yam and Fungus Pork Slices

Soak the fungus in cold water in advance.

Slice ginger, cut red pepper and garlic seedlings obliquely, and tear the fungus into small flowers.

Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices. (It’s okay if you don’t, but it’s better to cut into the freezer for a while)

Peel the yam and cut into round slices. (You can cut it any way you like)

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the peppercorns to fragrant and remove them.

Then add sliced ginger and sauté fragrant, add sliced pork belly and stir-fry the oil, then add the cooking wine to remove the smell.

Pour the fungus and stir fry.

Pour in yam pills and continue to fry, add salt.

Stir-fry the yam until transparent, add red pepper and garlic sprouts and stir well.

Add chicken essence and a little water before starting the pan, stir fry evenly.
Tips:
1. If you don't like pork belly, you can use lean pork, but personally think that pork belly is more fragrant, and it's simple and doesn't need to be marinated.
2. Peeling yam can try to wash and scrape in running water, hands will not be itchy.
