Yam and Mushroom Bone Soup

1. Prepare yam medicine, peel it and clean it

Tips:

1. Boil the big bones to get rid of blood water and peculiar smell.
2. Properly delay the cooking time for the big bones, and put some vinegar to let the calcium come into play
